Copyright Rules

The images are licenced for the client and Real Estate agent only. If you would like to use the photos for third party marketing (such as builders, artist, architects, etc), please privately contact to discuss licensing and fees.

Public Liability Insurance

At CTP Photography have public liabilty insurance. This means in the rare case we break something, it will be covered by our insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation, once you have paid your deposit, you can’t get your money back. For example, if you cancel 12 hours before a shoot but already paid your deposit, you won’t be getting your money back.

Property Readness

To ensure the highest quality results, all properties must be "shoot-ready" upon arrival. As CTP Photography operates on a rapid 12-hour turnaround, we require homes to be fully staged and decluttered in advance. If a property is unprepared, the session will either proceed in its current condition or be rescheduled for an additional fee to cover time and travel costs.
